East Butler Avenges Week 1 Loss to Howells-Dodge, Advances to State Final

DWIGHT, Neb. – The East Butler Tigers are heading to the state final for the first time in almost 30 years.

East Butler knocked off Howells-Dodge 22-12 in Dwight on Monday night in the Class D1 state semifinals. The win avenged a 26-20 week-one loss to the Jaguars.

Camden Robley of East Butler scored all three Tiger touchdowns and also picked off Howells-Dodge QB Dax VanLangen twice.

The Tigers will face South Loup in the state final next Monday.
