Viaero’s Retail Sales Associates provide effective and creative solutions to our retail customers in person and by phone. They are responsible for both acquiring and retaining customers, providing excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and helping grow the business. Our sales professionals have an intense & competitive spirit , an assertive & confident personality , and a strong drive to succeed.

 

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

  • Achieve or exceed all individual monthly sales goals/targets
  • Maintain a professional and friendly environment for all customers and fellow associates
  • Maintain a superior level of customer service
  • Successfully assist customers in the purchase of Viaero products and services
  • Properly process sales within the POS system including contracts and installment agreements
  • Represent Viaero at outside events, and interact within the community to generate leads

What are the requirements for this job?

A High School diploma or G.E.D. is required. An Associate’s degree, vocational degree or professional diploma/certification is preferred. Ideally, we’d like any new sales associate to have previous sales experience. We’ll consider those that have customer-facing retail experience, good customer service skills, an ability to learn and understand technology, and a strong drive for results.

 

All of our sales professionals need to have a valid driver’s license, and must be at least 18 years old. If hired, each person needs to be able to successfully pass our pre-employment checks, which include a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check and substance screening.

 

If hired, candidates must be able to travel outside of the area for training. 

 

Who will I interact with?

Retail Sales Professionals interact daily with customers, fellow team members, store managers, territory managers, billing and customer care staff. They also interact on a regular basis with regional sales directors, marketing professionals, warehouse staff, information technology staff, and network field technicians.
