Biscuit & Gravy Benefit Set For Sunday

WINSIDE – Help a veteran and her child with a free will donation event this weekend in northeast Nebraska.

American Legion member, Kendra Juracek is the mother of Hunter Clouse who was injured over the summer.

The Biscuit & Gravy Benefit will be held at the American Legion Post #252 in Winside on Sunday, August 13 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.

Hunter passed out while playing basketball and fell face first onto the concrete. He broke two teeth and needs dental implants.

Proceeds from this benefit will be used to help defray medical expenses.

During the all-you-can eat benefit, there’ll be biscuits & gravy, sausage patties and scrambled eggs.

The event is sponsored by the American Legion Roy Reed Post #252 on the corner of Hunter & Main in Winside.
