4-H Identification Forms Due To Wayne County Extension Office By Thursday Evening

WAYNE – There are several forms in which the Nebraska Extension Wayne County Office will need for the summer.

4-H Identification Forms are due by 5 p.m. on Thursday, June 15 to the Nebraska Extension Wayne County Office. The office is located at 510 N Pearl St. #C in the Wayne County Courthouse.

Forms for Bucket Calf, Breeding Beef, Cow/Calf Pairs, Feeder Calf, Dairy, Goats, Horses, Rabbits and Swine are all needed. Identification forms can be found on-line at http://wayne.unl.edu or at the Extension Office.

All Ak-Sar-Ben and State Fair breeding animals must have a Breeding Nomination Card completed and market animals must be tagged with an EID tag and have DNA sample on file. Also, breeding animal registration papers and British breed steer registration papers are all due.

Quality Assurance Certificates and Horse Level 1 Testing must be completed and books turned in the Extension Office as well.
