ACT Results, Enrollment Numbers To Be Discussed During School Board Meeting

WAYNE – The Wayne Community Schools Board of Education is scheduled to hold their regularly meeting this evening, on Monday, September 11.

From the Wayne Jr/Sr High School Library, the Board of Education meeting will open at 5 p.m.

Mrs. Hill will report on the ACT and Class of 2017 results as board members will discuss the homeless policy under old business.

In new business, there’ll be a motion to approve the 2017-18 Wayne Community Schools District budget and tax request.

Also, the lease with Sunnyview Place LLC will be extended for the Early Learning Center commencing June 1, 2018 – May 31, 2024. The first-year cost per month for rent will be $3,600 while going up the second year to $3,800 per month.

Van mileage for 2017, drivers education for 2017-18 as well as junior high and high school enrollment numbers will be a topic of discussion.
