Items stolen included a chain saw and tool box and miscellaneous tools.  Oliver says police have confirmed items were taken from one storage unit, but authorities believe there were thefts from other units at the Sargent Street location.

The storage units are located behind the Orscheln Store, in north Beatrice….off the south side of Sargent Street.

Oliver says Mullen is suspected of cutting locks from storage units with bolt cutters, which police have recovered.

Oliver says investigators believe Mullen was acting alone, in the burglaries and thefts.
