Board Of Commissioners To Be Updated On 2018 Pictometry Flight, Bid Openings Awarded

WAYNE – The Wayne County Board of Commissioners are set to hold their regularly scheduled board meeting Tuesday morning at 9 a.m.

From the Wayne County Courthouse meeting room, Commissioners will look to approve several items on the consent agenda. Those include the approval of a $26,007.50 interest payment on Nebraska Highway Allocation Fund Pledge Bonds, Series 2014 as well as $16,868.75 for Series 2015.

Moving into the regular agenda, Joel Hansen with the City of Wayne and County Assessor, Dawn Duffy will talk to the board about a 2018 Pictometry flight. The two are scheduled to meet at 9:07 a.m. with the board.

Mark Casey, Highway Superintendent, will give his bi-weekly road/bridge project updates. Commissioners will also award a bid for supplying materials required to construct project C-90(645), a triple 96’ X 45’ and project C-87(150) a triple 96’ X 41’ corrugated metal pipes with steel headwalls and wingwalls as well as other related incidental work.

At 9:45 a.m., a bid will be opened and awarded for a bottom dump gravel trailer.
