FREMONT – The Fremont Police Department responded to a call of criminal mischief and a hit and run yesterday.
According to Lt. Bottorff with the department, at 11:26 a.m. officers responded to a call concerning criminal mischief at the City Auditorium, located at the 900 block of N. Broad Street. A glass door was struck by a projectile, causing the glass to break. The estimated loss was $500.
Also at 8:46 p.m. officers responded to a call at the 300 block of W. 19th Street. Officers were dispatched to a hit and run accident involving the victim’s 1984 Ford F-150 pickup. The vehicle was struck in the rear bumper, causing damage to the bumper, driver side taillight, and exhaust system. Estimated loss is approximately $500.
