Nebraska City teen, missing since late December, found safe

FREMONT, NE – Shiloh Johnson, a 16-year-old Nebraska City girl reported missing on Dec. 22, was found safe Monday in Fremont, NE.

The Nebraska State Patrol says Johnson was believed to be in the company of Brock Wichman, whose car was found in a parking lot in Fremont on Dec. 29.

Authorities issued a felony arrest warrant for Wichman on Jan. 31 and he was arrested at the same location where Johnson was found, according to Nebraska City police. He is currently being held at the Dodge County jail, waiting extradition to Fremont County, Iowa jail on charges of sexual exploitation of a minor.

NCPD confirmed the charges are related to Johnson’s disappearance.
