COLUMBUS – A Newman Grove woman is facing a meth charge in Platte County, after testing positive for 3 different types of drugs.
Jasmine Foulk, 38, is facing several charges in Platte County, including a felony charge for meth possession.
On July 2nd, Foulk was pulled over by a Platte County Sheriff’s Deputy, after changing lanes and turning onto Highway 22 from Highway 81, without using a turn signal, according to an arrest affidavit.
Authorities say a search of Foulk’s car turned up 3 syringes. One contained a liquid that tested positive for meth.
After being arrested and taken to jail, Foulk tested positive for opiates, cocaine, and PCP, according to the affidavit.
Foulk is scheduled to appear in court Thursday at 10 a.m.
