Norfolk Man With History of Theft Arrested Again

NORFOLK – A Norfolk man already with an extensive history of theft appears to have added another to his rap sheet over the weekend.

Norfolk Police Captain Don Miller says 22-year old Daniel Randall was arrested over the weekend. Capt. Miller says Randall is accused of shoplifting about $160 worth of items from the Norfolk Wal Mart on Sunday afternoon.

Miller says because of Randall’s history, he was arrested on a felony shoplifting charge.

Randall has already served time in jail on four separate occasions for various theft and shoplifting charges. Most recently he was released from jail last May, after an incident where authorities alleged that he robbed a man of his cell phone at knifepoint.

Randall is currently housed in the Madison County Jail.
