Norfolk Coach Jared Oswald Pleased With Norfolk’s Execution in Beating South Sioux

SOUTH SIOUX CITY – Norfolk had a plan and they executed it.

The Panthers dominated the paint on both sides of the floor in their 43-34 win over South Sioux City. Senior Taylor Stoltz had 13 points, 10 rebounds and 8 blocked shots, while South Sioux shot just 3-of-26 on two-point shots.

Meanwhile, Norfolk also limited star guard Mckenna Sims’ impact on the game. The junior averaged 19 points per game coming into Saturday, but was held scoreless in the second half and finished with a season-low nine points.

Norfolk (6-5) will try to win their second straight on Friday against Lincoln North Star.
