Randolph Dominates Allen to End Two-Game Losing Streak

RANDOLPH – The Randolph girls basketball team dominated every facet of the game, routing Allen 46-17 on Monday.

The Cardinals’ defense forced 17 turnovers, out-rebounded the Eagles 36-18 and held Allen to just five total field goals.

Emma Bermel paced Randolph early, coming up with four first-half steals and netting eight points at the break. After the half, Carlee Thies found her rhythm, finishing with a game-high 17 points.

The win ends a two-game losing streak for Randolph, and is their fifth straight over Allen.
