Madison Man Pleads No Contest in Connection to November 2012 Shooting in Norfolk
MADISON - A Madison Nebraska man has pleaded no contest to shooting another man in front of a Norfolk nightclub.
Twenty-nine year old Jordan Beehn entered into a plea agreement with prosecutors in Madison County District Court last month. Beehn pleaded no contest to first-degree assault and witness tampering. In return...prosecutors dropped five other charges, including a felony weapons charge. Police say Beehn shot Jorge Zepeda-Flores of Norfolk in November of 2012 during an argument outside Norfolk's Club Hollywood.
Madison County prosecutors have said the injures have left Zepeda-Flores paralyzed. Beehn faces anywhere from one to 55 years in prison when he's sentenced February 28th.
