DeVry Settles with Feds, Refunds Coming

WASHINGTON, DC- Thousands of people across the U.S. will soon find a refund check in the mail.

The refunds are part of a $100 million settlement between DeVry University and the Federal Trade Commission over deceptive advertising.

To be able to get a refund the person must have been a Devry student between Jan. 1, 2008 and Oct. 1, 2015, and paid at least $5,000 in tuition.
